HITO
Hito is a Japanese, Berlin based, electronic music artist and vinyl DJ with unique style and aesthetic.
I like to have some intro and outro for my set. I love to find nice intro sound to get into the story. My mix has a story, all the story has beginning and ending. It's just few hours but still you can tell something of your thoughts.
My DJ is my life and life style which shows me. I enjoy play music and this is more design for me. Music makes you added performance which makes you different dimension.
Full of colour and character, born and raised in Himeji, Japan, she is loved for her sophisticated record collection, deep techno style, and her incredible ability to entertain crowds with charm and energy. After moving to the German capital in 1999, she developed her passion for minimal and emotional music pressed on vinyl. Hito connected with electronic music icon Richie Hawtin and became a resident and integral part of his ENTER. experience at Space Ibiza from 2012, one of the islandʼs most forward-thinking party concepts. Hito took full ownership of the ENTER.Sake bar at the outdoor Space terrace with epic sets, sometimes playing all night long to an incredulous response. The room was modelled on a Japanese Sake Bar and her performances, both in sound and vision, added huge authenticity to the concept, performing in formal dress exhibiting her stunning range of kimonos. Hito has since evolved into a unique artist in her own right, in demand around the world for the touch of class she delivers.
2016 saw a huge surge in her international profile, having graced the likes of Circoloco and Ushuaia in Ibiza, Awakenings in Amsterdam, Cocorico in Riccione, Amnesia in Milan, Rex in Paris and Fabric London. She continues to represent Richie Hawtinʼs ENTER.Sake project worldwide playing music to compliment any experience of food, music and sake. She has also been appointed as an ambassador for Richie Hawtinʼs PLAYdifferently MODEL 1 mixer project as an example of an artist pushing the boundaries of vinyl performance. People donʼt just like Hito – they LOVE Hito - she has become an unofficial ambassador for Japan. Her background has seen her strive to share her culture, defining a palette of sounds which she relates to the five senses that coloured and shaped her life.
In 2018, she started approaching with the view of establishing the label "OTO" and also the first release, in addition to Hito presents OTO's own event organized.

Last year 2019, she made her first her documentary short film presented by Porshe. This film shows part of her DJ life and experiences in between Japan
and Berlin, few cities like Italy or Portugal to show her on the touring life style, her voice.
Tomoki Tamura
DJ / producer from Osaka, Japan. Influenced by black roots house music from United States. He developed his career playing in major clubs in Osaka and moved to London and started an event called "Holic" in 2004.
His considerable talent of mix as a DJ was hosted at The End/AKA, Fabric, Ministry of Sounds. In 2012, He launched his new record label "Holic Trax" and established one of the keystones in the UK underground music scene.
Three EP's were released in the year of the 5th Anniversary of Holic Trax. Conducted by artists from Satoshi Tomiie, Mr G, Tuccillo.
In addition, he started a new duo unit "Doublet" with Artist Tuccillo. . "101" and "202" are very popular as they are sold out immediately. To date, he has been creatively active, releasing more than 40 records including the sub-labels Boothoic, Monoklo, Tom Tam Club.
Currently based in Berlin and his passion for music goes to all the dance floor around the globe. He also has a Dj set that goes beyond the dance floor with a selection of good music such as jazz, ambient and downtempo. By the way, his hobby is tennis, and he is still one of the sportsmen who runs around the court endlessly.
